I travel a lot and have stayed in beautiful villas many times, but Katsumi Villa is not just a beautiful place to stay. It is an art object, with every detail designed by an artist. Everything is very ergonomic, stylish, high-quality, and expensive. The location is very convenient (close to Changgu), but also very quiet. Thank you for your hospitality and care.

On Bali, it’s rare to find villas with such an original design, so this place is a real discovery for those who appreciate details, beauty, and a sense of care. I stayed there for a day after a very intense work period, and it truly helped me reset. It felt like being in an extraordinary place where my mind could finally switch off from work. I highly recommend this place for a solo retreat or a stay as a couple. You will definitely enjoy your time there. ✨

This is a stunning villa. I know almost all of Bali and have seen many home interiors, but this is perhaps the most unusual and rich villa I've ever lived in.
Coming here, it's like entering a museum—but one that's incredibly cozy and vibrant. The space seems to speak to you through every detail, every object and element of the interior.
There's a wonderful feeling of home, peace, and comfort here. You don't even want to leave—you want to stay inside, be in this space, and create in its quiet, inspiring world.
You feel a desire to become an extension of this creative space. Creative impulses that often lie dormant in everyday life awaken.

Just stayed at Katsumi Cottages and the vibe is seriously cool.
Super peaceful area but with a strong design identity — Japanese / samurai aesthetic mixed with a stylish A-frame chalet feel. You’ve got vinyl turntables, retro game consoles, feng shui touches, and a real boutique-brand atmosphere that makes the place feel unique and curated.
Refreshing pool, brand new , comfy room and bed , and lovely staff. Perfect chill spot close to cafés and beaches.
Low-key hideaway with personality. Would 100% stay again 🌴

Katsumi Cottages is an amazing place to stay and truly feel at home. The space is tastefully and thoughtfully designed, with beautiful Japanese aesthetics and special details - like a curated tea collection, a vinyl player, a smart TV and a great sound system.
It’s an ideal spot to work remotely with a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet, which is perfect for digital nomads, while also enjoying the swimming pool, sunbathing, doing yoga, or working out.
The spacious bedroom, blackout curtains, and brand-new orthopaedic mattress make it perfect for resting and getting deep, quality sleep.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, yet still close to new cafés and restaurants - only a 10-minute drive to Pererenan Beach, and about 5 minutes to the newly opened Obsidian II gym, Mission Yoga Studio, and nearby coworking spaces.
I would absolutely recommend this place, calm and peaceful Japanese oasis.

Great location for a quiet stay in the Canggu area while still being close to all conveniences (restaurants, gyms, etc.). Brand new, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommended.
